Customer should appear in our office and person with a valid ID for a properly notarization. DO NOT SIGN anything prior notarization.
As a Notary Public, we must legitimize that the person signing has been properly identified and who must sign in presence of the notary.
Check whether or not, the signature of witnesses is required. If it is, witnesses must be present at the time of the notarization.
Bring documents to be notarized.

DO I NEED TO NOTARIZE EVERY PAGE OF MY DOCUMENT?
NO, You don't need to get notarized every page of a document, unless there's a signature to notarize on each page, it would be illegal from a Notary Public to affix their stamp, it's just that simple

CAN I GET A LETTER NOTARIZED? IF SO HOW IT LOOKS?
A personal notarized letter is a document confirming you are the true identity of the persons signing the letter. ... This letter includes; your full names and address, title/subject of the letter, details of the letter, dates of signing the letter, and a section for the Notary Publicto sign the letter.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU LIE ON A NOTARIZED DOCUMENT
If you swear under Oath to a Notary Public, you have made a solemn Oath under the penalty of perjury. Lying under Oath is a Felony and Federal crime punishable by jail time of up to five years.
if you lie on a notary form, it can still be considered perjury. While the Notary is only responsible for verifying the identity of the signer, providing false information about identity makes it perjury.

CAN I HAVE NOTARIZED A DOCUMENT THAT HAS WHITE OUT OR CORRECTION ON IT?
The use of white-out and other products designed to “cover up” text is often viewed as tampering; therefore, the receiving agent may reject any notarized documents containing it.

CAN I GET NOTARIZED A FAXED SIGNED DOCUMENT?
No. A notary public may not notarize a faxed signature because a document that will be treated as an original must contain the original signatures of the signer and notary.
