  • What is remote online notarization? (RON) Remote Online Notarization.

    Remote Online Notarization, or "RON", is a 100% online document and video form notarization system that allows you to legally sign electronically and a Notary Public to notarize your documents through Internet using your camera for video and microphone. KETTY BUSQUETS is a NOTARY PUBLIC specially trained, registered and authorized as REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY to facilitate such notarization.

  • If I am outside of Florida, can my document be notarized online?

    Yes. We can notarize documents for any US citizen located anywhere in the world as long as the minimum requirements to use RON are met. Your documents will show that they were notarized in Lee County, Florida.

  • Is there an official record of the notarial session online?

    Yes, all online notarization sessions are recorded and must be kept for ten years. You could request access to that recording if you ever need it.

  • What are the requirements to use Remote Online Notarization (RON)?

    Florida is one of the 16 states that allow remote online notarization, this law details specific requirements to control and / or prevent notarial fraud. If you do not meet the following requirements, RON is not an option for you, as it will not pass the identity verification. Our remote online notarization system will confirm your identity using a specific and secure system to analyze your credentials and authentication based on your knowledge. If you do not meet ALL of these requirements, unfortunately you will not qualify for remote online notarization (RON) and will have to resort to traditional notarization.

  • Can I use Facebook, Whats Up, Zoom or Skype for remote call video notarization?

    This is an excellent question, but sadly the answer is NO. Only technology providers approved by the State of Florida are licensed and we use such technology.

  • Do I have to be in Florida or a Florida resident to use your online / remote notarization service?

    You will need a desktop, laptop, Android tablet, or iPad tablet with a working camera and microphone. These devices must be up to date with the latest version of a supported web browser. Cell phones are not suitable for remote online notarization due to their small screen size.
